Now is your opportunity to discuss the good, the bad and the in-between with your fellow users. Not only will you be helping others, you will also be helping yourself when you receive either a fully waived or half waived registration discount.
See below for different opportunities to participate at Sparta Connection. Sessions are limited, so get your submissions in early.
Session types:
- Workshop: 30 or 60 minute sessions available. Approximate prep work involved will be 2-3 hours of presentation prep and 2-30 minute teleconference meetings with Sparta co-presenter.
- General: 30 or 45 minute sessions available. Approximate prep work involved will be 3-4 hours of presentation prep and 2-30 minute teleconference meetings with Sparta co-presenter.
- Customer Panel: 30 minute session with 3-5 total participants not including moderator. You may suggest a topic for the panel. Approximate prep work involved will be 1 hour prep, 1-30 minute teleconference meeting with Sparta and 1-45 minute teleconference meeting with moderator (if not Sparta).
Audience Focus:
- Business: High-level presentation of specific best practice(s) you use and/or results achieved using a Sparta Systems Solution.
- Technical: In depth discussion at an admin/user level of how your system/workflow was configured to achieve a certain outcome or best practice.
- Business & Technical: A portion of the presentation should be high-level showing specific best practice(s) you use and/or results achieved using a Sparta Systems Solution and an in depth discussion at an admin/user level of how your system/workflow was configured to achieve a certain outcome or best practice.
Discount will be based off of full conference registration fee. Be sure to submit the session abstracts as early as possible.
Note: Individuals may submit more than one abstract, and there may be multiple speakers from the same company. However, there is a maximum of two registration waivers per company, which will be issued based on the date of abstract submission.
